Our every act of loving-kindness therefore spiritualizes the material as it materializes the spiritual. The result is a manifestation of inter-inclusiveness which harmonizes and integrates the incompatible polar opposites of existence. The tipping point will herald the arrival of Heaven on Earth which is the purpose of the Universe.

A kind, loving attitude is spiritual – but without physical enactment it has no substance or relevance. Its energy dissipates without effect. A kind action, on the other hand, performed without love, grudgingly or for ulterior motives, may bring injury to the recipient.

Loving-kindness is the kind act performed with love. It synthesizes matter and spirit.
